Jumping in here just to clarify a couple of things. If you are part of a Premium Family plan, you should be able to listen to your music without interruptions. If that's happening, it means that other family members might be using your account by mistake. Keep in mind that each user of the Premium Family plan should have their own account connected to the plan to avoid interrupting other users. 

Also, if you already have an account, it's expected that the system gives you an error when you try to create a new one with the same email address. So in this case, we'd recommend keeping your Premium account and telling the other users of the plan to use their own accounts instead of yours to avoid interruptions in your playback. You can also reset your password by using the first link mentioned in this article to make sure that you're the only one with access to your account.
