i cant get back into my account

 i logged in a differnt device one day then all of my devices have been logged out and when i try to log in again it says "incorrect username or password" but i had my password and email saved and i cant reset it because i lost that email a year ago is there anyway to get my account back? i really want to see my spotify wrapped

Just to confirm, is your account free or is it Premium? If it's free, and you're currently traveling, it's possible you've lost access due to some restrictions on free accounts. Take into account that you can use Spotify in a different country or region for up to 14 days. To use it for longer than 14 days, you'll need to update the region/country settings by following the steps in this article.

Once you recover access, we encourage you to update the email in the account. That way you can make sure you'll recover access in case you forget the password. Since you mentioned you remember the password of the account, you can follow these steps to update the email.
