i want my account back, but i have no idea how???

Hello, i have probleme and have no idea where to go to so i thought i try it here *help*

So i had a free account and then my boyfriend and i did a family account together so i got a preiu update. Then we broke up and when i tried to log in my account it said that i am band because the think i a scaming. And then it read it is now unavailable for a year?! and i have noooo idea where to go to get it back ??? all my playlists are gone!! i want my account back i also dont need the faily account and can pay preiu by myself its just...i have no idea where to go ?? when i conact the help thing i get an automatic relply telling me to go here...and when i write back it says ail cant be deliverd....i have no idea what to do soebody please HELP!

The best thing to do if your old account has been deactivated is to contact our customer support here.

Once you verify that you're the rightful owner of the account they'll be able to restore access to you.
