issue with the premium service purchase

spotify has the option in mexico to purchase the premium subscritpion by ordering and going to pay to a 7 Eleven or Oxxo's, i just did this yesterday and my subscription still free. I really wanted to be premium so i got the 7 days trial, but why i can get my premium monthly subscription i already paid for?

Are you still having issues getting the offer with a pre-paid card? No worries! If you've signed up for the 7-day free trial and then gotten the offer, your subscription won't be interrupted and once the trial is over the new subscription will kick in!
