move podcast to new account

I uploaded my podcast to spotify, linked to my personal account. However, the podcast is for my work and in case a colleague must take over, it would be better to have a separate account for the podcast. Is there a way I can transmit the podcast to a new spotify account? And do I need to pay for that additional account? Please help!

Helo! Can I move my own podcast from my profile to another profile? In case I would like to give it to someone else who will be serving it instead of me. 

And if that happens - Will the numbers of listeners remain or they will start once again from zero.
