my spotify "on repeat" playlists shows songs that i've never played, and when I asked for my reproduction data, it showed that my account had had an activity that was not mine (reproduction of songs that I haven't listened to and in a country I'm not from)

Hey there, @naiatra,

Welcome to the Spotify Community and thanks for reaching out!

Sorry to hear this. If suspect that your account has been compromised, I strongly recommend securing it by following the steps from this article. Make sure to remove all apps linked to your Spotify account from your account page by selecting REMOVE ACCESS.

Your recommendations will also adapt and refresh over time, so listening to the stuff you enjoy is a sure way to revert things back to normal.

The Community is always here if there's anything else you need assistance with.

Take care 💚

Hi! thanks for your reply!

The problem is that I already did that some weeks ago, and the suspicious activity is still happening, si I don't know what to do next...

Hey there,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the clarification.

In this case, since the issue could be account-related and we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support team so they can check your account, check what could be happening and help you further.

Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, don't hesitate to ask.
