no email from Spotify password reset but getting email from other

I have made another spotify account with my gmail which i had for a long time. Got logged out (pc crashed) and now i cant logg in again, password reset dont work, as in i dont get the mail from Spotify i have testet where i sent emails from other accounts that is getting received but not from Spotify. I have tried other browsers, incognito mode but nothing works.
