subscribed to the university plan

Gente, eu me inscrevi no plano universitário, mas a disponibilidade é de apenas 4 anos. E esses 4 anos se passaram. A situação é que comecei um novo curso do zero, tentei me inscrever no plano da universidade, mas não me deixa. Como posso fazê-lo? Gostaria de provar que ainda estou na universidade, mas não posso.

The student discount can be applied up to 4 times (for up to 4 years total) on your account and cannot be extended further, I'm afraid. More info here.

Então, comecei outro curso com outra matrícula e dados da faculdade e ainda não consigo usar.

Thanks for the reply! 

As @Yordan has mentioned in the post above, a student discount can only be applied to a single account for a maximum of 4 years in total.
The time period is unfortunately not affected by any new additional college enrollments and cannot get extended.
