trying to change country and it shows no option to make payment

trying to change country and it shows no option to make payment

I have the premium family plan. I've recently moved out from the US to Taiwan, so I'm trying to update my address and country in order to use a credit card here for the payment. But every time I attempt to change the country under the payment page, it shows NO options to make payments at all.

see image below. this is the page shown after switching to Taiwan, then there isn't any way to proceed with the payment or anything. And if I click on a different page, the country setting reverts back to the US, and it becomes an endless cycle of "trying to change country -> no way to proceed -> go to a different page -> come back to find the country is still set to the US, instead of Taiwan -> click on change country -> no way to proceed........

I've tried switching to other countries too and either the same thing showed up, or an error page came up...

It couldn't process my payment of the month so it's not because I have paid.

I would recommend trying the same process starting it on an incognito web page as a first step.

 

In addition, please follow the instructions given here to make sure you're doing it all correctly.

thanks for your reply. it didn't work though, displayed the exact same thing where there were no options to proceed with payment, and the country still kept reverting back to the US. My subscription will run out soon and I really don't wanna have to restart another account and lose all the saved music. I've had other weird issues with payment/address in the past and this is now getting really annoying..

This might be related to this issue. We'd suggest you Subscribe to the thread so you can stay up-to-date with any relevant news about this.

 

You can try again changing the country after the issue is resolved. In case nothing changes, let us know. We'll look into this further.
