two accounts mashup

Hi,

this morning i was trying to create a new Spotify account for my band: i used a different username and an email address.

everithing went well until  I wrongly connected to my personal facebook account.

Now everytime i try to login to spotify, I'm in with a mashed up account nameofmyband+surname... 

the problem is that i have lost all my personal connection to my friends and artists and worst, i lost all my playlists.

Is there a way to restore everything?

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you in getting your old account split and restored. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
