unable to get student discounted charged 4 times.

I tried to sign up for the student discount, it said there was trouble verifying I was a student and to try again, I tried a few time and every time it said it couldn't verify. I am still on free, and I checked my bank again and I have been charged over $5 four different times! I emailed them and they said xome here. I am very unhappy and I can't pay $20 this month for Spotify and I needed reversed but I can't get ahold of Spotify at all!

Don't worry about those charges as they are only temporary and they should clear within 1-3 days. Sometimes it may take longer, but I can assure you they will clear. Sounds like it was having trouble verifying that you're a student which is why it wasn't going through. No problem though! When those charges clear, go to https://spotify.sheerid.com to manually verify your eligibility. Once you are approved you will receive a link in your e-mail to checkout.
