Your renewal date in the past is something we have seen a lot lately, I am guessing you are a German customer?

 

You will need to get in touch with the payments team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you getting up and running again. There appears to have been an issue between Spotify and one of the German payment systems. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I've escalated that case number again for you @volkankekec , I fear the German payments team might be a little behind since we are seeing quite a lot of people with this issue.

Hi Edwinnzz - Absolutely, you can enjoy Spotify while in Turkey no problem. 

 

You just need to be sure that: 1. Your Premium payments continue as normal and 2. You log in online at least once every 30 days.

Hey im on vacation as well and have premium account, but since 2 day i always get the same message, that i only have 14 days here, but how could it be possible, when i have a premium account ?

Is your account still showing as Premium on your online overview?

It says:

"You have got an active subscription.You subscription will automatically change to Spotify Premium on 2014-04-25 and you will be charged 9,99 โ‚ฌ unless you cancel recurrent payments."

 

But today they charged 9.99 euro from my bank account!

still havent received any answer ?! can anybody help me otherwise im going to end my contract with spotify1 sice 5 days i couldnt go online. Thanks,
