Can you let us know if you've already tried to log out > restart your device > log back in? It's also a good idea to try clearing your cache to remove any old files that might be causing issues with the app's performance.

In case that doesn't solve it, we'd like to know if this happen on other devices as well, for example you can try logging in on a friend's or a family member's device to see if you'll experience the same.
