A Mess of Issuss

Hey community, I have a whole mess of issues. First, my spotify account not stop playing on my phone even when paused and closed. I tried logging out and back in, but then I noticed it didn't register that I had premium. I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling all together, but now it won't play music, says I don't have premium and deleted all my playlists. PLEASE HELP!

We hope you don’t mind us replying now as we just stumbled upon this thread.

 

Can you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual reinstall. If you are using any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify.

 

If you have been charged for Premium but the account is on free service, you might have logged in to another account. It's a good idea to try these steps so you can make sure you don't have a secondary account.
