An advertisement has been playing for 13 min and I can't play anything else

The advertisement says "disfruta un control total sobre tus listas de reproducción" and it has been playing for 14 mins now, although it says it is 26s long. I don't know what to do because I can't play any song or playlist. I tried to uninstall and install the app but it doesn't work. I don't know what else to do

This is very peculiar, let's take a look together shall we. You mentioned that after reinstalling the app this still persists? Does the first advertisement that played after the reinstall also continue for longer than the ads shown playtime? Afterwards was the app not responsive even after closing it completely? 

Could you send us a screenshot of how things look in on your end. With that we would be happy to investigate further.
