Andriod offline mode vanished from Playback Settings despite uninstall, reboot, install

Offline playback vanished, does anyone have an ideas please, see below

Why has the Offline Mode control switch been moved into different menus on the settings page so often?    This is terribly annoying.

Ugh I am trying to find the answer myself. They moved offline button to playback but then it just vanished. I hope we can find the answer!

I am using S23 Ultra - Samsung, if that's a factor

My Question or Issue

I am not certain why my offline mode feature is missing. I recall seeing the feature sometime last week. I restarted my phone, My phone is up to date with the current OS, and The app is up-to-date, As I mentioned I am a premium member. Please assist.

This is not the SOLUTION to my question...   I knew where it was, I'm asking why its been moved around so often???
