[Android][Connect] Integration with Amazon Echo has a bug

The integration with the various Amazon devices has a serious bug that only happened recently. Both the desktop and Android applications don't show the echo/tap as an available device unless you command through echo to play Spotify. This only starts the last song playing on your account. Attempting to play something else through the Android/desktop app will cause the app to pause and the echo to drop from the available app list. The cross platform capabilities is the reason I chose Spotify over another streaming service so I think it would make financial sense for Spotify/Amazon to get their S*** together and have well tested software releases. Various forms of buggyness have plagued this integration from the get go.
