App keeps crashing on Galaxy S10 +

My Question or Issue

The app keeps crashing when I open the app. Keeps saying "Spotify keeps stopping". I have tried many ways to solve this like Reinstall/Uninstall, Soft reboot of my phone, clear data/cache.  I'm currently on the app version 8.5.14.752. This has been a problem for 2 days. Any ideas what's the fix or problem?

Nope... It's driving me crazy. My account works on the iPad of my friend, but on my Galaxy S10 it keeps crashing. So it probably has to do something with my phone. I have enough storage tho, almost 70GB. Maybe the latest update isn't optimalized for this particular Samsung? Let's hope Spotify will respond with some solutions...

By the way, the last time I updated my phone was on July 28th. I just realised that that was around the time my Spotify stopped working.

Thanks for bringing this up and sorry for the belated reply. 

In this case, a clean reinstall would be a good first step. Could you do one exactly as described in the article and let us know how it goes?
