Description
The Spotify app starts on my tablet and then after briefly displaying the “Your Music screen appears to stop and drops me back to the home screen. However I have found that using connect from my phone I can still control the app on the tablet so it is still running but will not display. Also whilst playing (controlling with my phone) the lock screen applet still runs on the tablet and shows the track playing and allows control of the play list (back, forward, play and pause).
Have tried rebooting, clearing cache, clearing data, checking with file manager that all Spotify files are removed, uninstalling, rebooting and reinstalling (3 times now). The tablet had a clean install only 10 days ago.
Clicking the Spotify icon has the same result as above
Was working fine before I upgraded to Premium on 30th Dec

Any task, basttery or cache cleaning apps installed?
Nope. I did a full factory reset around 10 days ago. I'll have a look through any apps that got installed and see if there is anything that might be of concern. My only possible candidate is Prey.....

I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.
You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
