I'm still getting a very frustrating error that was present in the beta.
I set a lot of playlists for offline listening, as I like to hike where there is very little or no cell phone reception. I keep getting an error where as soon as Spotify loses connection, my offline files stop playing, and all of my playlists disappear. When they reappear (when I get signal again), everything I downloaded is gone! This also just happened to me even without losing signal, I'm at home on WiFi and the app completely deleted about 10 of my offline playlists. Funny thing is, older playlists seem to be just fine, it's really just the more recent additions.
Please fix this; it happens to me once or twice a day, forcing me to return home and resync before I can play anything again! So frustrating!!!
I love the new interface, but this is unusable if it won't hold on to my offline files!!
Also, hitting back often times exits the app instead of returning to my playlists.
give us the old app back!
Add me to the list. All of my old playlists work just fine. Anything new randomly "disappears". I'm not even sure that it is a loss of connection that does it. I have pretty good 4G connections and very solid 3G connections.
This is a real pain. I have a playlist with a couple hundred songs in it that has to be downloaded every other day.
it is 11/10/2012 and i am still having this problem!! does anyone know if they're going to sort this issue out?
I'm also still having the issue and it's driving me nuts. Since originally reporting there have been numerous upgrades to the Spotify App, but it still occurs.
