Can play music on PC but not on Android device

Hi there, I've been having problems with Spotify recently, so basically, I can use Spotify free on my PC without having premium, which is.. odd to say the least. (I'm using my Facebook account linked to Spotify), but when I try to play the music on my Android device, the tracks are greyed out, I am using the same account because my playlists I made on my PC are still there, but why can't I access any music from my phone but CAN from my computer?! Help me please!!!

Hi there,

Because you don't have Spotify Premium you are only able to tap the shuffle button at the top of the playlist or album you would like to listen to on your mobile device. The desktop (PC) version of Spotify does not require Premium in order to listen to whichever song you would like. If you would like to listen to your playlist from your Android you will need to tap the green shuffle button, rather that the specific song. You will also need a connection to the internet.
