Can't jump to the position of a currently playing song in the playlist

My Question or Issue

For the last couple of days I had a problem whenever I've been listening to a playlist and wanted to jump to the position of the song I'm currently listening to. Usually I could just click on the name of the playlist above the album cover and it would jump to the song in the playlist. Was this function removed?

Thank you for reaching out here in the Community. 

Could you please check if Smart Shuffle is enabled on your device? In case it is, can you turn it off and try to see if you can go to the song's position? 

You can turn Smart Shuffle on or off whenever you want by tapping through the Shuffle button at the top of your playlist or on the Now Playing View. It'll become gray when you turn it off.

Thanks for getting back to us. 

Could you let us know if this happens in all playlists or only in a specific one? 

On another note, could you try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row? We know it sounds odd, but it will trigger a sync between your account and phone. 

If this doesn't do the trick, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your phone to see if they can replicate this with their own account?
