Hi there @nilay98,

Welcome to the Community.

Sorry to hear that you're having such an experience with the app.

We'd recommend running a clean reinstall of the app. Please follow the steps from this Spotify Guide exactly, as this will assure that all app data is cleared completely, before reinstalling.

Also, make sure that Battery optimization is not enabled for Spotify from the system app settings, as well as that the app is granted all permissions. These settings could be hindering the performance of the app.

Keep us posted on how you get on with this.

Cheers.

Hey @nilay98,

Thanks for the reply.

Could you post a screenshot of the issue you're experiencing?

Have you tried with a different Spotify account on your device and a different internet connection?

Let us know how that went,

Cheers!

hello, everytime i want to open a playlist i can’t on a regular page! it goes to a black screen. but when i do it on an incognito page it works perfectly, how do i fix this so i can use my normal page?

Hey @TLC4HIM

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community.

First up, we'd recommend clearing up your hosts file by following these steps.

If this doesn't do the trick, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?

Additionally, we suggest that you check your firewall and make sure Spotify is set as an exception.

Let us know how it goes.
