My Question or Issue
Despite appearing as a connectable device, Spotify does not connect to Xbox One.
Both have been validated to be on the same wifi. Both have been uninstalled and re-installed.
It seems to be an issue with samsung as connecting from a PC has no issues.
Once Spotify is playing on the xbox, the app on the phone shows that it is playing on the xbox and can now be controlled by the phone.
Try reinstalling the app on the phone
As I said in my statement, the apps on both phone and xbox were uninstalled and re-installed.
Yeah but was it clean uninstall?
I unistalled the Apps on both devices (Android and xbox one) After reboot I installed them again, logged in and nothing changed.
Cache and Data cleared. No improvement.
