My Question or Issue

The second screen and volume screen are no longer working on my Galaxy Watch 4. When I open the app and swipe right the screen is blank. I believe this screen is supposed to show content to play like playlists etc. The volume control also looks weird. You can see in the screenshots.

Thank you for posting on the Community!

 

Whenever there's an issue with Spotify on your watch, the best place to start is running a clean reinstall of the mobile app and reinstalling the app on your watch. 

 

After this, please re-pair the watch via Bluetooth and check how the app keeps working.
