Downloaded music and playlist access

Im trying to play tracks from my downloaded tunes and playlist but it wont let me as everytime i slide the tab across it wont stay there it keeps going back again even though the tunes are mine as afterall ive downloaded them so does that mean i have to upgrade again to premium to gain access as i was before for a while to them again or can i gain access to them as im now have free account? I was told ill still be able to gain access to downloads but currently i cant please help any suggestions please.

If you have a Premium subscription active, you should be able to listen to your downloaded music. If you're not able to do it, we suggest that you check this article with some tips and steps that can help you with this.

If your account went back to the Free service, all the music you saved in your account will stay there. However, you won't be able to listen to the songs you downloaded in your device for offline listening as this is a Premium feature.
