My Question or Issue

The last few days when offline my downloaded playlists show all songs with the downloaded arrow grey and other songs not downloaded at all.

I completely deleted everything three times and reinstalled spotify and the problem persists.

I go back online download my playlists and when i login sometime later the playlists are not available again.

In the first screenshot i attach, are my two playlists that show downloaded.

In the second picture i attach, is one of my playlists that shows the songs unavailable

Thanks for the help in advance

Hey there @MarkosD,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this.

You mentioned that you've already reinstalled the app, but would you mind going through the steps of a clean reinstall, as it's more thorough than a normal one?

Also, would you mind using a different internet connection to download the content and check if that makes the difference?

Lastly, in case you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, we recommend deactivating them for Spotify.

Keep us posted on how it goes 🙂

Hi Eni,
thanks for the advice.
I have already done the clean reinstall and deactivated the battery saver
mode.
I contacted the support again and first they found that my cache (or
something like that) was corrupted and they had to clean it too.
Unfortunately it didn't work, and last night the same problem came up
again. I have contacted again and now I sent all the info via email to the
support team with a video of what is going on in my spotify account.
Any other ideas? (i hope that my reply via email to you shows up in the
conversation!)
Regards,
Markos

Hey @MarkosD,

Thank you for your reply and confirmation.

If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app since the card can be corrupted.

Also , it would also be great if you can log in with another account on the device - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persist?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Take care!
