My Question or Issue

La música se pausa cada 30-45 segundos por si sola cuando la reproduzco, este en segundo plano o este adentro de la aplicación y ya me estrese. 

Ya intenté:

1. Borrar el caché y data de Spotify depsues desinstalarla y volverla a instalar. 

2. Quitar el segundo plano y después dárselo.otra vez. 

3. Ver configuraciones de mi Spotify para ver que esta mal. 

4. Reiniciar el celular.

Can you confirm if you followed these exact steps? This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

If you have an SD card we suggest that you uninstall the app > turn off your phone > take out your SD card > turn on the phone again (without the SD card) > reinstall the app.

If that doesn't do the trick - can you try with another internet connection?

It would also be great if you can let us know if this occurs on one specific device or multiple devices?

Hoy me comenzó a ocurrir el mismo problema e intenté con el método indicado pero no funciona, pense que alguien estaba controlando la app desde otro dispositivo pero cerré todas las sesiones y me sigue ocurriendo. No importa si lo abro desde el teléfono o desde el computador, intenté con Wifi y con Redes Móviles, también con Audifonos Bluetooth, Audífonos de cable o con los altavoces de los aparatos, y se sigue frenando a las 30-40 segundos.

Seguí lo indicado, y mejoró un poco, pero ahora se corta después de aproximadamente 1 minuto de canción... espero que con el tiempo deje de pasar por completo.

That being said, would you mind sending us all the troubleshooting steps you've already took? That way we'll avoid repeating any steps. If you haven't yet, we'd suggest to perform a clean reinstall of the app in the affected device. By doing that the app can be up-to-date and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can see the steps for a clean reinstall here.
 

On another note, is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
 

Lastly, if this behavior persists, can you share with us the make/model and OS of the affected device along with the Spotify version you are running?

Encontré la siguiente solución, borre caché, borre datos, desinstale la app y descargue una versión anterior al android 12 de mí móvil, le puse que no se actualice y listo, nunca más se volvió a cortar.

A  mi me resultó desvincular Spotify de mi cuenta de Discord. Al parecer, Spotify no permite transmitir musica desde alguna app, es por eso que despues de 30s. se corta. En mi caso no estaba transmitiendo, pero al parecer algo ocurrio que el que discord leyera lo que yo escuchaba, spotify lo tomaba como una transmisión.

Encontre una solucion para el que no lo hay conseguido, en mi caso fue el discord, lo tienes que desvincular o se te detiene a los 30-40 segundos, no se la razon pero cuando lo desvincule dejo de detenerse la musica. Para desvincular el spotify del discord, tienen que tocar la ruedita abajo a la izquierda en el perfil, luego entran a connections y cierran la conexion. Eso es todo espero haber ayudado.

Yo hice lo mismo, desvinculé spotify de discord y no se volvió a cortar.
