For some artists, only the last album is displayed under “Show discography”

For some artists, only the last album is displayed under “Show discography”

Andorid: Pixel 6 and Galaxy S8

For some artists, only the last album is displayed under “Show discography”. e.g.: Lucy Score

Under Windows10 all albums are displayed.
If I search directly for the artist/album, it is displayed correctly.

The problem occurred after the penultimate update (18.05.2024) and still exists after the last update. Deleting the chash does not help.
Many thanks in advance.

Hey @mchenry,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

We couldn't replicate the behavior you kindly mentioned. In that sense, you can try the following:

  • Make sure you're running the latest Spotify version available for you in the Play Store.
  • Log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
  • By doing that, you can make sure the cache is not leading to this inconvenience. You can find out the steps to do it here.

If this should persist afterwards, we'd like to gather some additional info:

  • Does this happen if you open your account on a different mobile device? You can ask for the mobile device of a relative or a friend to open your account and check.
  • Send us the exact Spotify version you're running on your device.
  • Send us a video recording of this issue. You can attach the video in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

Keep us in the loop!
