Going to blank screen and freezing

Going to blank screen and freezing

I have a HTC One M8, it has recently upgraded to new software. Spotify has also recently updated.

Since this, my app freezes while loading anything and I have to reset my device for it to work again.

I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it again but nothing works?

Any advice?

I pay for premium and I'm getting a bit annoyed.

Please read the guide linked below for details on the most common issues and how to fix them. Usually a clean install is the first step to take and resolves most of the usual issues; the guide details the steps to take to ensure a full 'clean installation' is achieved - This includes checking redundant folders and a REBOOT!

Black screen or feezing problem at the home screen is happening to me as well but in my Mac, I tryed re-installing the app but the issue is still there, apparently the buttons (and keyboard shortcuts works) but the screen of the app is freezed.

i.e: I press a random playlist but the screen never changes.
