I can't see the tracks in my playlist (Android)

I can't see the tracks in my playlist (Android)

Hi,

I am a Spotify premium user. I can't see my songs when I open my playlist on Android app (I can see my playlists but they are empty). I also cannot go to the artist page. I can listen and change songs by shuffle with my phone but cannot select a song or go to the artist page.

Whenever I try to do something, the app always says "something went wrong" or "go online to see menu".

I read the forum and followed most of the instructions but none of them could fix my problem.

I tried reinstalling the app, logging in/logging out, clearing cache and some other things as people advised.

Note: I don't use facebook or lastfm. I also don't use SD card.

Thanks

Hey @emirbozkurt!

Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. We'd like to help.

Can you let us know what device, Android and Spotify version you’re rocking? We'll check and see what we can suggest.

Sophia,

Hey,

Spotify: 6.5.0.1816 armV7

Android: 4.4.2

Device: LG-G2

Update - 4 November 2016:
I re-checked it and realized that I almost can't use the app at all 🙂 none of it's functions work. I can open it the app at least. I can only open the radio stations but nothing happens when I hit the play button.

If I listen a radio on my laptop I can go for next song by using my phone \O/

I really like premium features especially for phone so please halp!

Thanks a million.
Emir
