My Question or Issue

When I listen to music through my headphones, suddenly the app crashes and I can't find the song I was listening to in the list of my favourites (I'm referring to the ‘main playlist’ or ‘I miei brani’ in Italian).
Every time this happens I have to go to the history and save the song again.

DISCLAIMER: I have the Italian version, so some translations might be different.

Hey @alessandrodt,

Sorry to see you've been having issues with your playlists! Thanks for reaching out 🙂

I'm assuming you're referring to the Liked playlist here. It's the playlist with the tracks you mark as favorites.

If I'm understanding correctly, while listening to this playlist, the app just crashes at one point, unmarking the song that was being listened to as a favorite.

If this is so, I'd first try clearing the app's cached data. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your settings. If this doesn't help out, you can take things a step further and go for a complete clean reinstall of the app.

Should the issue persist, we'd like to know if the headphones you're using are wired or wireless/ Bluetooth devices and if the issue appears with any other device connected the same way. You can also try using a different account on your device (or your account on a different phone) to try verifying if the issue is device- or account-related.

Many thanks! We'll be on the lookout for your reply 🙌🏼
