My Downloaded Musics Lost!

My Downloaded Musics Lost!

I have a Premium Account and I downloaded hundreds of songs. I turned off my device while I was listening to music from the Spotify and when I turned on I see my Musics lost and I must download they again. But my device's memory same. So I understand my Musics didn't deleted they are lost. How can I find my Musics. I don't want to download they again. Please help me...

Thanks for getting in touch with the Spotify Community. We'll be glad to help.

 

In this case, we'd recommend following these steps: 

 

  1. Log in to your account page and click Offline devices in the menu on the left. 
  2. Click REMOVE ALL DEVICES. This will remove all downloaded music from the device.
  3. Reinstall the app. Here's how
  4. Save your offline tracks again.
