NO FUNCIONAN LAS LETRAS EN SPOTIFY!!!

BUENAS TARDES.

QUISIERA PEDIR UN CORDIAL SALUDO A TODA LA COMUNIDAD DE SPOTIFY Y SUS CREADORES EN MÚSICA Y QUE LEAN DETENIDAMENTE LA CARTA.

TENGO UNA DUDA QUE QUIERO RESOLVER HACE MUCHO TIEMPO QUE ES... POR QUÉ NO ME APARECEN LAS LETRAS EN SPOTIFY?

SI NO SE SABE LAS LETRAS EN SPOTIFY SON LA SECCIÓN QUE UNA PERSONA ENCUENTRA DESLIZANDO LA PANTALLA HACIA ABAJO O HACIENDO CLIC EN EL BOTÓN DE MICRÓFONO EN EL COMPUTADOR.

DESPUÉS DE QUE DESCUBRÍ SPOTIFY, DECIDÍ PAGAR UNA MEMBRESÍA PREMIUM PARA OBTENER TODOS SUS BENEFICIOS Y VENTAJAS EN SPOTIFY.

PERO DESPUÉS DE QUE HICE EL PAGO FUI A MI CUENTA DE SPOTIFY EN EL COMPUTADOR Y VI QUE EL ÍCONO DE KARAOKE (ESE QUE ESTÁ AL LADO DEL DE FILA DE REPRODUCCIÓN Y BARRA DE MÚSICA Y TIENE FORMA DE PEQUEÑO MICRÓFONO INCLINADO) NO APARECÍA, TAMBIÉN BUSQUÉ ALGUNAS CANCIONES QUE ME GUSTAN PERO NO APARECIAN. APARECÍAN EN UN TONO OSCURO Y NO ME DEJABAN REPRODUCIRLAS!! PENSÉ QUE ERA UN PROBLEMA DEL COMPUTADOR PERO DESPUÉS PROBÉ EN EL TELÉFONO Y EN EL TABLET PERO TAMPOCO SIRVIÓ. DESPUÉS RECURRÍ A SOLUCIONES EN INTERNET Y FOROS DE SPOTIFY. Y NINGUNA SOLUCIÓN ME SIRVE. HE ESTADO ESPERANDO EXACTAMENTE 43 DÍAS PARA QUE SE SOLUCIONE. HE INTENTADO ACTUALIZAR MI CUENTA, ACTUALIZAR MIS APLICACIONES Y TAMBIÉN CERRAR SESIÓN PERO NADA FUNCIONA!!!!

POR FAVOR NECESITO AYUDA YA QUE ES UNA FUNCIÓN MUY IMPORTANTE Y NO QUIERO SOBRECARGAR MIS DISPOSITIVOS INSTALANDO APLICACIONES DE TERCEROS PARA VER LAS LETRAS. LES AGRADEZCO DE ANTEMANO QUE ME AYUDEN A SOLUCIONAR MI INCONVENIENTE.

Thanks for reaching out.

We hope you don't mind us answering in English, as this is the official language of the Community. We'd like to point out that even though the lyrics feature was officially released in some markets, including Colombia, it's not yet available for all accounts.

The reason for this is that there are test still running regarding this feature. You can try to create a new account with a different email address or through Facebook and check if you can see the Lyrics feature on it. If it works on the new account you can copy your playlists from the old account using the steps here.

i don't want to create another account because in the current one I don't have the lyrics I paid for have premium. did i really paid COP 15.000 for a feature that does not appear? lol

Si bro te entiendo, soy de Perú, también pago por el servicio premium y me parece super injusto que no tengamos la opción de ver las letras de las canciones, de hecho deberíamos tener prioridad por pagar por el servicio, no?
P.D: ¿Ya te funcionó, o sigues sin poder? (si ya pudiste, explícame como porfa), a mi también me jode la idea de tener que crear otra cuenta y pasar todo o empezar de cero. 😡

me pasa lo mismo.... A mi me deja ver en el pc pero no en el Teléfono, en el teléfono solo me sale la portada del álbum y nada de letras ni videos

Me doy cuenta que este inconveniente lo estamos presentando solo personas de latinoamerica y mi pregunta es, entonces para que pagamos un servicio premium si no podemos disfrutrar de todo al 100% super injusto que no podamos visualizar las letras de las canciones

Hola! En mi caso al cambiar de computador y abrir nuevamente la cuenta en el nuevo, la función de letras dejó de aparecer. Lo que hice fue salir y volver a ingresar a la cuenta y al ingresar nuevamente ya estaba activa. No sé si sea suerte, pero pueden intentarlo! Saludos desde Colombia!

ha pasado un buen tiempo y aun sigo teniendo el inconveniente, lo peor es que los moderadores no solucionan en nada y simplemente te ignoran por no escribir en ingles, pero aun te sigen rogando a que les des un "Gracias, solucion de respuesta" o un like. que moderacion tan irregular de spotify...

me pasó exactamente lo mismo, de un momento a otro me dejo de aparecer para el PC, yo lo utilizaba por google (Sin descargar) Lo descargue directamente desde la aplicación de Spotify: Descargar para Windows - Spotify Y ahí ya me apareció el microfono, espero les sirva 🤘
