No internet connection available when on 3G/4G

Solved!

No internet connection available when on 3G/4G

OS: Android ver 6.0.1

Spotify: 8.4.31.723 armV7

Issue:

When I am on Wifi everything works fine, but as soon as I try listen over 3/4G spotify claims "No internet connection". I can not even reach the domain "spotify.com" from the phone in a web-browser. All other Apps works like they should.

Settings in the App:

Offline mode is set to "off" (greyed out)

Download using cellular is set to "on" (green)

I have tried switch the settings back and forth with no change.

I have restarted the device.

I have reinstalled the App (Clearing Cache, App-data)

Have you tried speaking to your mobile service provider? Often this is caused by incorrect mobile internet settings which they can check for you.

I am in Sweden.

It started working this morning agin, so I totaly blame the 4G provider in this since my phone didn't do any updates from when it did not work.

Thank you alot for your help in this matter!

They claim I am the only one with the problem. And they do not see any problems with the connection to my phone from the BSC.

Which country are you in?

I'm glad it works now 🙂

What makes me most curious is, how my service provider so presistant claimed it weren't a problem on their side. So I am wondering if there was something that got messed up in my phone, but as it just started working, without me changing anything, I do doubt that is the case.
