Offline feature issue

So I bought the premium version a couple days ago, since then all my downloaded songs have been getting deleted, and I have to download them again and again.

I'm a student and I rarely spend on apps and to get this kind of service is unacceptable.

Hey @SiDMerceR,

 

Thanks for reaching out. 

Please follow these steps: 

 

  1. Click on Remove All Devices here.
  2. Do a clean reinstall. Note: After reinstalling, you will have to download your music for offline listening again.

After that you should have no issues with your downloaded songs.

So yeah, they got deleted again today... Didn't work. โ˜น๏ธ

Hey @SiDMerceR,

 

Thanks for following the steps and letting us know what happened.  

 

Please make sure to enable permission for storage option for Spotify. This can be accessed by going to Settings>Apps>Spotify>Permissions>Storage.

Also, do you have an SD card?

The permission wasn't given, so I allowed Spotify in the settings. Will let
you know if this works out (fingers crossed!)

Yeah, so the songs were wiped again today even after allowing storage access.

Ps I don't have an sd card
