Payment successful but didn't get spotify premium

I did an payment for spotify premium single account for 119 INR around 8AM 20 September 2023 but didn't got spotify premium my app crash after upi payment got successful i restarted the spotify but didn't got premium on my account

Is the payment visible on the accounts page in the receipts section? If the payment is visible there, it was successful, if it is visible only on your bank account, it's possible that the payment needs a bit of time to be processed or it was not successful or was made for an entirely different account. Here is how to check for the last case.
