Porque las letras de las canciones no se puede visualizar en mi dispositivo

Las letras de las canciones no me aparecen en mi cuenta, en ninguno de mis dispositivos moviles, solo aparecen en mi PC, el problema persiste en mi cuenta porque he intentado en otras cuentas y aparecen perfectamente, como puedo solucionar esto, para mi es una herramienta util y no me parece que me quitaran esa opcion

As this does sound like an account issue, I'd recommend migrating your account content to a new account. 
It's a last resort way of solving things but if this is indeed an account issue, there might not be anything else that can be done in the situation 😕
