My Question or Issue

Hello

 

I have Spotify Premium for several years and I think I'm experiencing some issues with my subscription on my mobile phone (and other devices). I think that they can be related with a free account I had before becoming Premium

 

First, I'm not able of playing albums in the correct order. I search for an artist, select the album and start listening the first song, but when it ends, the next song is totally random.

 

Another problem, I have an AV Receiver (Yamaha RX-V475) compatible with Spotify Connect but when I try to reproduce some music on it, I get the message "Premium account needed" in the receiver screen.

 

I had another strange behavior, but is more complicated to describe. Basically, I reset my password once in my computer at work, and when logged in, my account was Free and offered me to get Premium. Username was different, but the same email.

 

Because of that, I guess that can be a problem related with mixing 2 differnet accounts. It can be possible to have the same email address linked to 2 users?
