Solved!

Reached download limit, removed songs, but still getting message that I reached limit...,

Hi, I reached the download limit (3333 songs), and I received a message to remove songs if I want to download more. I did this, but Im still getting a message that I reached limit...

Anyone else had the same problem? How did you fix this?

Hi Rodrigo, thanks for your answer. Yes it did work. Thanks.

And weirdly now when reach back the limit again and delete songs, I don't need to log off anymore...

Anyhow, problem fixed. I'm also wondering, is there a place were you can see how many downloads you have?

Thanks again.

I have a similar situation. I have reached the download limit and wish to remove songs/albums from my device, but want to save the album in case I wish to stream at another time. I slide the "available offline" switch to the left/gray position but the green check remains under the songs and I can't download new albums. I frequently rotate music in and out (due to the download limit, ugh) and this is preventing that.
