Recently played artists not changing after a month or more

My recently played artists have been stuck for a very long time. I have deleted the app and reinstalled. Logged out and back in. On my phone I have cleared cache and then deleted it from there reinstalled it and redownload everything. Reset my phone turned it off for hours, and have also tried using different internet and nothing. Fix this please Spotify or else your loosing a subscriber and I'm going somewhere else. I really love your app but this needs to be fixed.
