My Question or Issue

 I have had not trouble with the spotify app until all of the sudden it wouldn't play my song. It would display the name of the song and allow me to run all of the normal controls (including if it's being played through another device), but it won't play it through my device. It says I'm in offline mode. Which I'm not. I've made sure of it. I've also taken the time to try all of the solutions revolving around this issue. None of which have helped. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us about this - we'll be glad to help you out here. 

 

First up you can try running a clean reinstall of the Spotify app on your device. This will make sure you get the latest app version with all necessary updates.  

 

If you see no difference after the clean reinstall, test if you observe the same when connecting to a different network. If it works with another connection, it's best to contact the service provider of the original network for more information.
