Spotify no longer displays downloaded artists

My Question or Issue

I have a continuous problem displaying followed artists offline (e.g. 'Alt-J' in the attached screenshots) that I downloaded songs from. It only says to find and browse new artists. I can still display their downloaded songs in the 'album' view or when i search for the particular artist/song. I used to be able to navigate through the 'artist' list, view their downloaded discography and pick my preference. Even after reinstalling the bug persists and is leaving me dissatisfied.

In case a regular reinstall didn't help you resolve this issue it's good to try a clean reinstall as well. This will remove any corrupted cache that could be causing issues with your offline contents. 

If the issue persists,  try disabling any power saving or data cleaning settings on your mobile device. Make sure you try this since such features can often prevent the app from operating at full capacity.
