My Question or Issue
Spotify wrapped wouldnt work so i uninstalled spotify on google play and it wont reinstall. I have reset my phone. Cleared my cache on the app store and tried to find/remove spotify from my phone storage to no avail. I use spotify every single day please help me fix this.

Thanks for the screenshots.
Can you go to Google play store >> click on menu button (the 3 line button on right top) >> Account.
In the country and profiles settings, make sure that the correct country that you're currently in is selected. If no, change it to the right one.
If that doesn't work head over to this Thread and try the solution from @Daniel.
Sometimes corrupted cache in the Google Play store causes issues with installing apps.

Do you get any errors when trying to reinstall the app? some screenshots would be helpful.
You can try connecting to another network and see if the app would download that way.
