See more button is unresponsive so I cannot see individual songs in an album

My Question or Issue

I have been trying to contact someone or make a post about a problem for 2 weeks but nobody has helped me. Spotify's poor customer surface is making me quite mad. When I click the "see more΅ button in an album to see all the individual songs in the album, it is unresponsive. I've tried force restarting, and even clearing all the data and cache, but it doesn't work. Please try to reply and help me.
