Spotify Android phone App gets stuck on a black ad

My Question or Issue

My Spotify app will not allow me to play anything. Everytime I try, a black advertise will show but nothing else happens. I've clear cache and storage and reinstalled the app but did not help. This only happens on 1 account as I tried signing up for a new account and the app worked normally. I would like to get my original account to work again. Pls advise. Thanks.
