Spotify is not showing up on my lock screen

We suggest that you try following these steps: 

- Go to Settings in your phone.

- Select Apps.

- Find Spotify and tap on it.

- Tap on Notifications. 

- Toggle Show notifications on. 
 

If you're still unable to see the app on the locked screen, could you let us know the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device?
