Spotify is not working on a Asus Zenfone 2

Hi all, 

I have an Asus Zenfone 2 with a premium family account.

The problem is that I'm not able to use Spotify unless I restart the mobile. I have tried using the delete cache option, also I go to the applications options and delete data but it gets stucked any way. 

It's frankly anoying to have to restart the mobile every time I want to use the app.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

Could you go to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Permissions > and make sure that all permissions are enabled?

Additionally, if you have a battery saving mode on your device, make sure you've added Spotify as an exception.
