Spotify music Offline stops after a few minutes on Samsung Galaxy phone

My Question or Issue

Hi all,

My SAMSUNG GALAXY A10 stops playing music on Offline Mode after a few
minutes.

Searching through the help forum this issue hasn't really helped

- I've been through all parameters of the phone and tried to tweak things
before setting the parameters back to default as before.
I tried turning off "optimise battery usage" on the SamSung phone for
Spotify.
I restarted the phone after each change.

- I've tried doing a clean reinstall of Spotify as per

- I also tried to clear the Cache on Spotify to see if that would solve the
issue

Memory 1 GB used/2 GB total

Storage SD Card 20GB used/60GB total for Spotify music files

This is a huge issue as I subscribed to Spotify just to use this Offline
mode feature.

I have the same issue on a Galaxy S20+ and a Galaxy A8, both of them are running Spotify version 8.5.59.1137. Android has the latest updates available
