My Question or Issue

The app on the Samsung Gear S3 smart watch should be able to shuffle offline. For the longest time we have needed to be online to shuffle and I think this should be fixed

Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having with Shuffle. How long has this been going on for? Also, what troubleshooting have you tried to fix this?

I've had the problem for a few weeks and I've tried reinstalling the app. Essentially the shuffle function is messed up. The app always makes the same shuffle queue.

Also the app lacks a way to sort the playlist that I'm viewing. The playlist is always sorted by oldest song first.
